1. Not a university admissions office

We do not represent any university, admissions office, or governmental body as an official admissions authority. Our services are advisory and organizational support only.

2. Scope of services

Depending on what you request and purchase, we may provide admissions guidance, application preparation support, shortlisting support, and recommendations regarding study options and application steps. Any deadlines, requirements, or outcomes you receive from us are informational and may depend on the relevant university and official sources.

You remain responsible for reviewing all official requirements, completing applications, and submitting all materials to the relevant institutions by their deadlines.

3. Consumer information and advertising

We aim to ensure that information presented to consumers about admissions guidance and related services is clear and not misleading, including information about requirements, deadlines, budget expectations, and possible outcomes, and we provide consumer-facing information before you order services. (Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" on May 12, 1991 № 1023-XII.)

Any promotional messages for education/admissions services are provided in a lawful, reliable manner and are clearly identifiable as advertising. (Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" № 270/96-VR, Approval Date: 03.07.1996.)

4. Electronic contract / public offer information

If we offer services through an online contract or public offer, we provide identifying information about the business and the subject of the electronic contract to consumers before purchase or order. (Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" on September 3, 2015 № 675-VIII.)

5. Fees and limitations (as applicable)

Service prices and scope (including any optional add-ons) are described at the time you place an order. Unless otherwise stated, fees are for our advisory/organizational support and do not include university tuition, government fees, translation, document apostille/legalization, or other third-party costs.

We do not guarantee admission decisions, scholarships, or visa issuance. Outcomes depend on the relevant university and competent authorities.

6. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including decisions by universities or authorities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Personal data and cookies

As study-abroad agencies typically process personal data (e.g., via contact/lead forms and analytics), we handle personal data in accordance with Ukrainian personal data protection requirements, including for any cookies or tracking technologies that process personal data. (Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" № 2297-VI.)

If you submit information through forms, you provide it to us for the purposes described on the website.

8. Contact and lead forms

If the website includes a contact form that leads to an order or consultation request, submission will redirect you to a thank-you page. The final endpoint is controlled by the service provider behind the form.
