We use personal data to: (a) provide the student intake and shortlisting checklist workflow; (b) contact you about your inquiry; (c) assess and shortlist candidates based on the information you provide; (d) maintain records of requests and communications; (e) improve our services and ensure website functionality.

4. Legal basis (Ukraine)

Processing is carried out in line with Ukrainian data protection requirements, including the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" № 2297-VI. If you consent to specific processing (where applicable), you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 9.

If we provide services via an online contract or public offer, we will provide identifying information about the business and the subject of the electronic contract to consumers before purchase or order, as required by Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" on September 3, 2015 № 675-VIII.

We present admission/education information in a way that is not misleading and provides proper consumer-facing information prior to ordering services, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" on May 12, 1991 № 1023-XII. Any advertising related to admission/education services is lawful, reliable, and clearly separated as advertising, as required by the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" № 270/96-VR (Approval Date: 03.07.1996).
